The standard turnaround time is 3-7 business days once your order, payment, and required information are received. Note: Revisions may extend the timeline.
For expedited service, a rush fee can be purchased, reducing the timeline for the initial draft to 2-4 business days.

  • Form Submission: Within 24 business hours, you will receive a link to a form to collect all necessary details for the design.
  • Draft Delivery: A draft will be presented for your review.
  • Revisions: Up to three revisions are included to perfect the design.
  • Final Delivery: Once the design is approved, you will receive a high-resolution .jpg file via email.

  • Q: What if I need a faster turnaround?
    A: You can purchase a rush fee to expedite the timeline for the draft to 2-4 business days, pushing your order to the front of the line. Please note, revisions may still affect the overall timeline as quality is our priority.

    Q: What files will I receive?
    A: You will receive a high-resolution .jpg file optimized for digital use.

    Q: What photos will be used?
    A: Any high-resolution photos you provide can be incorporated into the design. Please ensure these photos are owned or properly licensed for reuse. Free stock photos may be included as needed, while paid stock photos will need to be purchased by you.

  • Please note the following terms for all services:

    • No Returns or Exchanges: Once a service has been started, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Revisions: Additional fees apply once you exceed the number of included revisions.
    • Change in Direction: If you approve a design direction and later request a complete change, an additional fee will be assessed.
    • Service Charge: A service charge may apply at checkout.
    • Turnaround Time: The timeline begins when we receive payment and all requested information in the required format.
    • Image Quality: Please provide high-quality images; no screenshots will be accepted.
    • Logos: You must provide a logo or purchase a logo service.
    • Stock Photos: Free stock photos will be used unless paid stock photos are requested, in which case you are responsible for the cost.
    • Website Redesigns: This service applies only to fully functional websites requiring a redesign. It does not include building new pages.
    • Website Copy: Copywriting (e.g., About Us, Mission, Vision) is not included. If required, it is available for an additional fee.
