Turnaround Times
The standard turnaround time is 3-7 business days once your order, payment, and required information are received. Note: Revisions may extend the timeline and printing and shipping varies. 
 
The Process
  • Submit Your Order: Place your order and complete payment.
  • Form Submission: Within 24 business hours, you will receive a link to a form to collect all necessary details for the design.
  • Draft Delivery: A draft will be presented for your review.
  • Revisions: Up to three revisions are included to perfect the design.
  • Final Delivery: Once the design is approved, you will receive a high-resolution .jpg file.
  • Printing: Once the design is approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made. A new order will be required for any additional changes.

    A: You will receive a high-resolution .jpg file optimized for print use.

    Q: What photos will be used?
    A: Any high-resolution photos you provide can be incorporated into the design. Please ensure these photos are owned or properly licensed for reuse. Free stock photos may be included as needed, while paid stock photos will need to be purchased by you.

    Q: What happens after the design is sent to print?
    A: Once the design is approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made. If there are issues with the printed materials, we abide by the printer's policies. For lost packages, we will submit a claim on your behalf but are not responsible for the loss.
